Shop Keepers Society

Here's the second piece I did for my series entitled "The Shopkeeper's Society." The work was created for a "one night stand" of an art show (it was only shown for one evening). The plan is to keep working on some so stay tuned...

New Stuff

I'm working some new pieces for a new show called "Pictures 2" put on by my good friend Andy Capp of the infamous "Bang the Party" shows. The series of my new pieces is called "The Shop Keepers Society." This is the first of a few in the works. Check back soon. Also check out the show site here.

Shameless

Bounjour! I am currently on a bit of a tour through Europe. The family and I are visiting our friends across the pond. As a promotional item for this trip, and in general I have created the first in an ongoing series of promotional booklets entitled "What I Do." With a little help from a little sister I hand bound a handful of these booklets and will be sending them and hopefully handing them to prospective clients. Everyone loves shameless self promotion right? Aside from my friends at projects, projects of course. (lootbag tour crew, you know what I'm saying)

Strictly Butter

Im still on the portfolio grind and recently gave myself another dream job to complete. This time for Nike SB. I decided to do a campaign based around some lyrics from the Tribe Called Quest song Butter. More to come from this project soon.

Some more things

Here's another batch of work from the past few weeks. The bottom two pieces are from a series I'm currently working on based on the lyrics from the Big L track "Ebonics." I also just recently saw the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble again here in Toronto and like always they were incredible. During the show i got inspired to design a show poster for the group. Finally i thought i should try doing some layout stuff so I got to work redesigning a contents page for one of my favorite magazines Color. Let me know what you think people of the internet. Crit is welcomed with open arms!
